About the Role
Customer care specialists are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests around products as specified by the client. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as outstanding customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business. Responsibilities
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
• Determines requirements by working with customers
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

• Education Requirements Graduates – 2024, 2025, 2026 Year of Passing Required Skills
• Experience Requirements Fresher/ 0
- 6 months experience
• Skills and Abilities Basic Telephone Etiquettes and basic computer skills
• Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need
• Agent should be able to communicate in English, Hindi
• Regional language proficiency as required
• Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning
• Customer Focus and Being Attentive Preferred Skills
