10-15 Years Are you passionate about Automotive Antenna Systems, RF Engineering, Connectivity Technologies, and Vehicle Integration? We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Automotive Antenna Domain to drive the development and integration of next-generation vehicle antenna systems for connected and smart mobility platforms.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end development of automotive antenna systems from concept to production ✅ Design and develop antenna solutions for: AM/FM GPS/GNSS LTE/4G 5G C-V2X Emerging connected vehicle technologies ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless vehicle integration ✅ Perform antenna validation and testing at: Component level Bench level OATS Vehicle level ✅ Drive EMC/EMI compliance activities and resolve RF performance issues ✅ Create and release technical specifications, DVPs, validation reports, and design documentation ✅ Work closely with suppliers and development partners to ensure quality, performance, and cost targets ✅ Execute RF simulations using tools such as:



CST Microwave Studio ANSYS HFSS Similar RF simulation platforms ✅ Participate in DFMEA, Design Reviews, VAVE, and product quality improvement initiatives Preferred Background 10-15 years of experience in Automotive Antenna Development Experience from Automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers Solid knowledge of RF systems, vehicle electrical architecture, EMC/EMI, and antenna validation Understanding of automotive development processes and regulatory requirements Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and interfacing components Experience working with agencies such as ARAI, ICAT, and VRDE is preferred Preferred Companies Valeo | Bosch | Visteon | Infac | Lumax-Yokowo | Nippon ASK | VVDN | Automotive Technology Startups | OEMs Educational Qualification B.
