BDIL is now firmly aligned with the Government of India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India vision, aspiring to play a leading role in indigenous defence manufacturing, shipbuilding, and allied infrastructure projects Job Summary BDIL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with an engineering background who can manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles. Who will primarily recruit EXTC (Electronics & Telecommunication) and IT, software, and AI/ML positions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from requirement gathering and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create accurate

• Source candidates for roles in electronics, telecommunications, embedded systems, RF, networking, VLSI, IoT, and hardware design.
• Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), Boolean search, social media, referrals to build strong talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial technical and HR screening to check candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.




• Schedule and coordinate technical interview round with hiring manager and candidates.
• Negotiate salaries, roll out offers, and manage candidates through joining to reduce drop-offs.
• Maintain recruitment data in the trackers, and share regular hiring reports and metrics (time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
• Build relationships with engineering colleges and universities for campus and fresher hiring. Qualifications
• B.
E./B. Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication (EXTC), Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, in company and startups. Required Skills
• Good understanding of electronics, telecom, and software/AI technologies and job roles.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and headhunting.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting. Good to Have
• Experience hiring for core electronics, telecom, semiconductor, or product companies.
• Exposure to AI/ML, data science, or niche tech hiring.
