Requirements:
• Minimum 1yr of order Management experience in a Telecom Project
- ISP/Broadband (Mandatory)
• Familiarity with Customer Satisfaction Management Practices in a Service Setting
• Good Communication Skills for Effective Call & Email Interactions with customers
• Experience with Workflow Management Tools and Data Entry in Multiple Systems
