Description

The Sales Manager - Personal Loan Sales is responsible for sourcing and acquiring new Personal Loan customers through various channels including direct sales, referrals, DSAs, and market activities. The incumbent will drive business growth by achieving assigned sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the partner network. The role involves understanding customer requirements, ensuring proper documentation, coordinating with internal teams for loan processing, and maintaining high service standards. The candidate is also expected to monitor market trends, identify business opportunities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and credit guidelines while maintaining portfolio quality.

Responsibilities

- Drive Personal Loan business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Generate leads through open market, referrals, and channel partners.




- Recruit, manage, and motivate DSAs/direct sales teams.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand financing requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth loan processing.
- Maintain portfolio quality and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Monitor competition and identify market opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS on a regular basis.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3-8 years of experience in Personal Loan, Unsecured Lending, Credit Card, or Retail Asset Sales.
- Strong understanding of retail lending products and processes.
