India Employment Type: Contract / Call-off Contract Period: January 2027 – December 2029 Work Setting: Manufacturing Facilities / Vendor Locations across India Job Summary We are looking for experienced QAQC / Manufacturing Auditors to conduct manufacturing audits at various manufacturing facilities in India for Drilling, Completion and Well Intervention equipment. The auditor will represent the client at designated manufacturing facilities and ensure that products, processes and quality systems comply with applicable contractual requirements, API specifications, codes and standards. • QAQC Auditor – API Series 5
• QAQC Auditor – API Series 6 & 16
• QAQC Auditor – API Series 7
• QAQC Auditor – API Series 11, 14 & 19
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct manufacturing QA/QC audits at vendor/manufacturing facilities in India.
• Verify compliance with contractual specifications, API standards, codes and quality requirements.
• Review manufacturing processes, inspection and testing activities.
• Evaluate quality control systems and manufacturing documentation.
• Conduct audit opening and closing meetings.
• Prepare detailed Audit Reports.
• Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare / review Corrective Action Plans (CAPA).
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet applicable quality and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors and client representatives.
• Maintain proper audit records and documentation. Required Experience API Series 5 Auditor
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QAQC auditing experience.
• Experience conducting audits related to API Series 5.
• API Q1 Lead Auditor Certification.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge.
• CSWIP / PCN / ASNT Level 2 MT and UT or equivalent.
• Knowledge of heat treatment, destructive testing, NDT, premium connection threading and make-up. API Series 6 & 16 Auditor
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QAQC auditing experience.
• Experience with API Series 6 & 16 manufacturing audits.
• API Q1 Lead Auditor Certification.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge.
• CSWIP / PCN / ASNT Level 2 MT, UT and PT or equivalent.
• Knowledge of heat treatment, NDT, welding, cladding, dimensional inspection and hydrostatic/gas testing. API Series 7 Auditor
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QAQC auditing experience.
• API Q1 Lead Auditor Certification.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge.
• CSWIP / PCN / ASNT Level 2 MT and UT or equivalent.
• Experience with API Series 7 manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of heat treatment, destructive testing, NDT, welding and connection threading.
• DS-1 5th Edition, Volume 1 certification or equivalent. API Series 11, 14 & 19 Auditor
• Minimum 4 years of relevant QAQC auditing experience.
• Experience conducting audits related to API Series 11, 14 & 19.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
