Location:
Pune / Bangalore Key Objectives of this Role:
• Mechanical design and development of parts and electronic products for the automotive industry.
• Mechanical design (plastic/metal/sheet metal). 3D CAD Design (in CATIA V5); 2D Drawings; Stack-up analysis; Feasibility studies.
• Mechanical support of the products and productions
- release, changes, etc.;
• Design to meet DFM and DFA requirements
• Tolerance Analysis
• Communication and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Qualification, Experience and

Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in the field of mechanical engineering or related
• Preferred PS-4 level candidates (6~9yrs experience)
• Experience in electro-mechanical product design




• 3D models design – GSD (Generative surface design – Class A,) parts and assemblies (CAD Tool – CATIA V5 must)
• 2D drawings preparation (CAD Tool – CATIA V5 must)
• Experience in Tolerance stack-up & GD&T; (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Experience in Plastic, Sheet metal, die casting component design
• Experience in DFM and DFA requirements.
• Fluent in verbal and written English Key Behaviors:
