• Handle German-speaking customers and understand their holiday and travel requirements.
• Suggest and customize suitable holiday packages based on customer preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, packages, itineraries, hotels, and travel services.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.




• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Requirements
• Proficiency in German and English communication.
• Experience in holiday packages, travel sales, international travel, or customer handling will be preferred.
• Solid sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of international destinations and travel requirements.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle queries professionally.
