Position: Executive Product – Mattress Reporting To: Product Head – Mattress & Foam
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the product lifecycle for mattress and foam products.
• Develop new products based on market trends and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D;, production, and sales teams.
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
• Support the sales team with product training and technical inputs. Key
Skills:
• Good knowledge of the mattress/foam industry and market.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination with different teams.
• Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
• Management trainee/fresher can also be considered based on suitability.
