Position: Physical Education Director Educational Qualification
• Master’s Degree in Physical Education / Sports Science with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
• NET / SET / SLET in Physical Education or Ph.
D. holders are exempted from NET/SET/SLET
• Sports Achievement Requirement
• Director (University): 10 years as Deputy Director OR 15 years as Assistant Director at College or University. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sports programs, fitness activities, and wellness initiatives.
• Organize intercollegiate, intra-college, and national-level tournaments as per the guidelines of the affiliated university, & or institute/Organization.
• Maintain sports equipment and facilities, and purchase sports equipment according to the process laid down by SVKM’s.
• Train and mentor students in various sports and fitness activities.
• Ensure safety protocols during physical activities.
• Collaborate with faculty for integrating physical education into the curriculum.
• Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the Registrar, Principal, Management from time to time.
