Associate/ Senior Associate: Commercial Team Years of Experience
· 3-5 years of experience ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Tender Specialist to manage tender operations and commercial opportunities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other public procurement channels. The role requires hands-on experience with tender filing, bid documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage end-to-end operations on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, including registration, catalogue management, and bid submissions. ● Track and identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and empanelment opportunities on GeM and other government procurement platforms. ● Prepare, compile, and file tender documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with portal and client requirements. ● Coordinate with internal commercial, finance, and delivery teams to gather documents and inputs required for bid submissions. ● Monitor tender timelines, deadlines, and portal notifications to ensure no opportunities are missed. ● Liaise with vendors, government buyers, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries related to tenders and orders. ● Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders, order status, and contract documentation. ● Support pricing, costing,



and commercial proposal preparation in coordination with the finance team. ● Ensure timely renewal of registrations, certifications, and compliance documents required for GeM participation. REQUIREMENTS ● 3-5 years of overall experience, with hands-on experience working on the GeM portal and filing government tenders. ● Prior experience in the commercial team of an agency, or in tender/bid management functions. ● Strong understanding of government e-procurement processes, tendering, and empanelment procedures. ● Good working knowledge of documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements for government tenders. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tender timelines simultaneously. ● Good communication and coordination skills to work across internal teams and external stakeholders. ● Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for tracking, documentation, and reporting. ● Based out of Mumbai, with willingness to travel as required for commercial engagements.
