• Discovery of Multi Cloud ecosystems
• Robust knowledge in CMDB Data Structures and architecture Good-to-Have Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
• Scripting(Python, Perl, Powershell)
• CI/CD
• Cloud computing SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Background in managing inventory tools or agent-based systems (e.g., ServiceNow ITOM, BMC Helix, Dynatrace, SentinelOne, AquaSec, or equivalent technologies) 2 Practical expertise in deploying agents and handling API-driven connectivity.
Understanding of multi-cloud and hybrid ecosystems (e.g., GCP, Azure, Oracle, VMware,or SQL-centric architectures) 3 Manage and refine FlexeraOne or uCMDB configurations to ensure comprehensive software and infrastructure inventory. 4 Perform technical analysis to identify and remediate complex discovery failures. 5 Oversee agent deployment and troubleshooting activities within hybrid IT landscapes. 6 Architect and execute customized discovery patterns and system integrations. 7 Drive automation of discovery workflows and support large-scale platform migration or upgrade projects.
