- 6 to 8yr. JD The following responsibilities are applicable for monitoring/command center operations and can be included under the L2/L3 Linux, AIX Admin role where monitoring exposure is required. Monitoring Tool Monitoring Scope Roles and Responsibilities Microsoft System Center (SCOM/SCCM) Infrastructure, server and endpoint monitoring Monitor server health, service availability, event alerts, patch compliance, software deployment status and endpoint health; perform first-level triage and escalate incidents as per severity. PRTG Network, server and service monitoring Monitor device availability, bandwidth utilization, CPU/memory/disk usage, service uptime and threshold-based alerts; generate availability and performance reports. Catalyst Center Network assurance and device monitoring Monitor network device health, connectivity, wireless/network performance, configuration compliance and assurance alerts; coordinate with network teams for remediation. Cisco SD-WAN vManage WAN and branch connectivity monitoring Monitor WAN circuits, tunnel status, site availability, latency, packet loss, jitter and application experience across SD-WAN locations. Cisco ACI Data center network fabric monitoring Monitor fabric health, endpoint connectivity, tenant/VRF/app profile status, policy faults and data center network performance indicators. BigPanda AIOps and event correlation Correlate alerts from multiple monitoring sources, reduce alert noise, identify probable root cause,



prioritize incidents and support command center event management. Recent Relic Application performance monitoring Monitor application availability, transaction response time, errors, service dependencies, infrastructure telemetry and user-impacting performance degradation. Grafana Observability dashboards and reporting Create, maintain and review dashboards for infrastructure, network, application and SLA/KPI visibility; support trend analysis and operational reporting. Zscaler ZDX Digital experience monitoring Monitor user experience, endpoint-to-application performance, SaaS access, network path quality and connectivity issues impacting end users. StruxureWare Data center environment and rack monitoring Monitor rack capacity, power, cooling, UPS/environmental conditions and data center infrastructure alerts; support capacity and facilities escalation. Cloudflare Edge, proxy, DDoS and firewall monitoring Monitor DDoS events, CDN/edge performance, firewall events, traffic anomalies and service availability for protected applications. Microsoft Sentinel / Defender Security monitoring and endpoint protection Monitor security events, endpoint alerts, threat detections, vulnerabilities and incident queues; coordinate with security teams for investigation and containment. Common monitoring

responsibilities:
alert acknowledgement, event triage, incident creation, escalation coordination, major incident support, dashboard review, report generation, threshold review, recurring alert analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.
