Chennai Position ID: J1026-0348 Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 02 years of relevant experience Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused L1.5 MDM Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and Omnissa Workspace ONE. The role involves providing operational support, troubleshooting, device enrollment assistance, policy administration, and incident management for enterprise mobile device management environments. The candidate will act as an escalation point for L1 teams and collaborate with L2/L3 teams to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
Device Management & Administration Manage and support mobile devices through Microsoft Intune and Omnissa Workspace ONE. Assist users with device enrollment, registration, and onboarding. Monitor device compliance and security posture.



Configure and maintain device profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments. Support iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS device management. Incident & Service Request Management Handle L1.5 incidents, service requests, and escalations related to MDM platforms. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide troubleshooting documentation. Resolve device synchronization, application deployment, email access, and compliance-related issues. Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes. Monitoring & Reporting Monitor MDM platform health and service availability. Generate compliance, enrollment, and inventory reports. Assist in auditing and maintaining device lifecycle records. Security & Compliance Support implementation of security policies, conditional access, and device compliance controls. Collaborate with security teams to address security incidents related to managed devices. Ensure adherence to organizational mobility and security standards. Documentation & Knowledge Management Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides. Document issue resolutions and operational procedures. Support continuous service improvement initiatives.
