Kharadi, Pune Industry: Civil & Construction Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:
Relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement, preferably in Civil & Construction

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors
* Conduct market research and source materials at competitive prices
* Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate to avoid stock-outs/overstock
* Track and evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price and delivery
* Manage supplier contracts and agreements
* Coordinate with Quality teams to ensure material meets required specifications
* Maintain accurate POs, invoices, receipts and procurement records
* Coordinate with Finance for budget compliance and cost control




* Monitor market trends, material availability and pricing
* Identify and manage procurement and supply-chain risks
