Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Operator with valuable knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, perform data entry, and handle general documentation and office-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and perform data entry using Tally.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, vouchers, invoices, and payment records.
- Maintain ledgers, accounts, and other financial documents.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and statements using MS Excel.
- Create, edit, and manage documents using MS Word.
- Assist with billing, bank reconciliation, and basic GST-related entries.
- Maintain proper records of transactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform general computer operations and other accounting-related tasks as required. Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and GST.
- Good data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and document management skills.
- Ability to manage records and complete tasks within deadlines. Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce preferred.
