We are building a premium D2C skincare brand (YOU Skincare) and looking for someone who can own Meta Ads end-to-end — from creative ideation to performance scaling. This is NOT a “campaign manager” role. We need someone who understands what makes ads convert:
- Meta Ads scaling
- Creative testing
- UGC/reels ad strategy
- Shopify/D2C funnels
- CAC, ROAS, CTR optimization
- Skincare/beauty audience psychology Responsibilities
- Run & optimize Facebook/Instagram ads
- Test creatives, hooks & ad angles
- Scale winning campaigns
- Improve conversions & sales performance
- Daily reporting & performance analysis Requirements
- Experience with D2C/eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Creative + performance mindset
- Knowledge of UGC/reel-style ads preferred




- Must understand scaling, testing, & optimization Compensation
- Fixed

Salary:
₹20,000–₹25,000
