Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Information Technology Analyst. The person in this role will support and maintain Taxcart’s technology environment, including monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and implementing fixes to ensure secure and reliable operations. Daily responsibilities include responding to technical support requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting application and integration problems, and coordinating with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. The IT Analyst will help document procedures, improve support processes, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external customers about system status, issues, and resolutions.



The role also involves analyzing data and system behavior to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, reliability, and user experience. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues, interpreting data, and proposing practical solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to handle tickets, investigate problems, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing clear, user-friendly explanations to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant experience in IT support, systems analysis, or application support in a SaaS or fintech environment is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of tax or financial systems, ERPs, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and manage time across multiple concurrent issues.
