Role Description The Placement Specialist is a full time, remote role responsible for coordinating end-to-end placement activities for job-ready candidates. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client hiring needs, matching candidates to suitable roles, scheduling interviews, and tracking placement outcomes. The role involves maintaining regular communication with corporate partners, addressing their requirements, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The Placement Specialist also supports candidates through interview preparation, provides feedback,



and collaborates with training teams to align candidate skills with market demands. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining accurate placement records, generating reports, and contributing to continuous process improvement. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with corporate partners and candidates.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess candidate suitability, interpret hiring trends, and monitor placement metrics.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting and Training-related skills to support talent sourcing, shortlisting, and job-readiness preparation.
- Relevant experience in placement coordination, talent acquisition, or career services within financial services or related sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and use digital tools and CRM or applicant tracking systems effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
