Role Description This is a full-time, in office Zonal HR Business Partner (HRBP) role based in Gurugram. The Zonal HRBP will partner with business leadership to understand workforce needs, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and support overall people strategy in the assigned zone. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws.



The role involves collaborating with functional teams on talent acquisition, onboarding, capability building, and succession planning, as well as supporting organizational change and employee engagement initiatives. The HRBP will track HR metrics, provide data-driven insights, and work closely with stakeholders to foster a positive, compliant, and performance-oriented work environment. Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and interpret policies across zonal operations.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate HR-related risks.
- Experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, appraisal processes, and development planning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in financial services, insurance, or large-scale sales organizations.
- Ability to work with senior leadership, influence decisions, and manage stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
