Warehouse Manager Company: Salad Days

Location:
Gurgaon, Delhi NCR Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse

Experience:
4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain proper stock levels.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement and maintain necessary documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of food and non-food items.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams for smooth material flow.
- Manage warehouse team, allocate responsibilities, and monitor productivity and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, wastage, and inventory variances.




- Prepare and share daily/weekly inventory and warehouse reports.
- Handle warehouse audits and resolve stock-related issues. Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in F&B;, FMCG, or food supply chain.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Experience in handling warehouse teams and operations.
- Good communication, coordination, and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems will be an added advantage. Benefits
