Responsibilities:
1. Handling Car Dealership channel – Workshops of OEMs like Honda , Toyota , M&M;, VW, Soda , Audi etc 2. Channel Management
- To look after overall business in the assigned State 3. Direct, organize, monitor, and control Distribution model and to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards. 4. Planning
- Monitor and control the budget for the state to ensure that all financial targets are met and are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements. 5. DATA
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts and strategy to enable effective forward planning. 6. Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is realized in the area. 7. Demand Generation
- To be responsible for demand generation activities, promotional campaigns, channel partner meets thereby improving market share through penetration activity, cultivation of current channel partners and network expansion, as well as management and support of existing channels/network Primary and Secondary Network. 8. Maintain awareness of brand building and company products and of relevant sales techniques and strategies to ensure that the role is carried out as effectively as possible. 9. Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position. 10. Provide the main source of expertise to the company on business development issues. 11. To provide after-sales service support in coordination with Service Team for improving customer satisfaction 12. Sales Forecast – for current and coming months
