Job Description
Dr Hair Clinic is looking for a professional, responsible, and well-organized Assistant Center Manager to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic. The role involves patient coordination, appointment management, staff coordination, administrative support, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Center Manager with the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Handle patient enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate patient appointments, doctor consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination throughout the clinic.
- Maintain patient, appointment, and follow-up records using the CRM.
- Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, and other team members for smooth clinic operations.
- Assist with staff coordination, daily task management, and administrative activities.




- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and escalate clinical matters when required.
- Assist with billing, documentation, reports, and other routine office activities.
- Ensure the clinic maintains a skilled, organized, clean, and patient-friendly environment.
- Support the Center Manager in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist with social media activities and basic marketing content when required.
- Help ensure that clinic policies, procedures, and service standards are followed consistently. Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
