What you will do
- Source industrial, manufacturing and warehouse properties for client requirements
- Survey your micro-markets: vacancies, rents, recent supply and owners
- Build our database (inventory) of properties and their owners
- Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, local brokers and occupiers
- Run site visits and prepare property shortlists
- Support negotiations and documentation until the lease is signed
- Bring in new business through your own network Areas you should know Udyog Vihar, Pace City I & II, IMT Manesar, IMT Sohna, Manesar industrial areas, Bilaspur, Farukhnagar,



Pataudi and the warehousing and logistics clusters around Gurugram and NCR. You are right for this if
- You have 4–8 years in industrial or warehouse leasing, property sourcing or commercial real estate
- You have strong contacts with owners, brokers and occupiers in Gurugram–Manesar
- You understand warehouse specifications, rents and commercial terms
- You negotiate well and can run a deal on your own
- You are happy to travel daily across Gurugram, Manesar and nearby belts What you get
- Fixed salary of ₹40,000–80,000 per month plus incentives on every deal you help close
- Live industrial and warehousing mandates from day one
- Direct work with leadership and quick decisions
