Tender & Bid Executive – Digital Marketing / IT Services Company: Creative Visionaries

About the Role
Creative Visionaries is looking for an experienced Tender & Bid Executive who can identify, evaluate, prepare and submit government and corporate tenders related to Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, IT Services, Social Media Marketing and related services.

Key Responsibilities
- Search daily for relevant government and PSU tenders.
- Monitor CPPP/eProcurement, GeM and state eTender portals.
- Identify tenders related to Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Social Media, Google Ads, IT and related services.
- Study complete tender/RFP documents and determine eligibility.
- Prepare tender eligibility and requirement checklists.
- Coordinate with management and internal teams for technical and financial documents.
- Prepare technical proposals, company profiles, declarations and supporting documents.
- Coordinate preparation of BOQ/commercial quotations.
- Handle online tender submission and document uploads.
- Monitor tender deadlines and corrigendums.
- Track submitted bids and results.
- Maintain a daily/weekly tender pipeline and status report.
- Maintain a database of government departments, PSUs and potential clients.
- Coordinate pre-bid queries and meetings where required. Required Skills
- 3+ years experience in tender/bid management preferred.




- Experience with Government eTender portals.
- Knowledge of CPPP/eProcurement and GeM.
- Knowledge of tender documentation and eligibility requirements.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good written English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Experience with IT/Digital Marketing tenders is a major advantage. Preferred Candidate Candidates with previous experience in: Digital Marketing / IT Services / Website Development / Software / Advertising / Government Tenders will be preferred. Performance Expectations The candidate will be expected to:
- Find relevant tenders every working day.
- Prepare a daily tender report.
- Identify eligible tenders.
- Maintain zero missed deadlines.
- Submit qualified bids accurately.
- Build a strong pipeline of government/PSU opportunities. Salary ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and capability. Performance incentives may be provided for successfully won tenders. Apply Please send your CV along with:
