Hiring for Banking Inbound Voice Process:
- Positive communication skills in all 3 languages (English, Telugu & Hindi)

responsibilities:

- Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed Languages English & Tamil/ English Malayalam & English Kannada.
- Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions
- Need to adhere to the shift adherence

Salary:
HSC/Graduate Fresher : CTC 19,000 PM, HSC/Graduate with 6-month experience CTC 24,000 PM

Location:
