We’re looking for someone who can be at the centre of our customers, sales, and daily operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, coordinating work, and making sure things actually get done. What you’ll be doing:
- ⁠ ⁠Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages & customer enquiries
- ⁠ ⁠Understand customer requirements and provide the right information
- ⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads and handle outbound sales calls
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate orders, production and deliveries
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain customer and order records
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the design and production teams
- ⁠ ⁠Assist with day-to-day business operations
- ⁠ ⁠Follow up on pending enquiries, orders and payments
- ⁠ ⁠Help improve our internal processes as we gro Who we’re looking for:
- ⁠ ⁠Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
- ⁠ ⁠Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- ⁠ ⁠Organised,



responsible and good at follow-ups
- ⁠ ⁠Basic computer and office software skills
- ⁠ ⁠Sales/customer service experience is a plus
- ⁠ ⁠Prior experience in operations, customer support, sales or administration is preferred
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership.
