Role & responsibilities
- Complete HR management for the Glass plant at Rangia near Guwahati and HO at Guwahati city centre. Maintain Industrial Relations (IR) with authorities and local bodies. Maintain and analyze wage expenses, manage payroll, and coordinate salary disbursement. Maintain conducive relations with the workforce and act as a bridge between Management and the Workforce. Recruitment activities for all plant positions. General administrative work and maintaining discipline, harmony, and a good working culture in the plant. Preferred candidate profile Preference will be given to a competent candidate with an Armed Forces background or experience in the continuous operation of container glass or ceramic industries; accordingly, experience and educational qualifications can be discussed. Perks and benefits Salary mentioned is CTC INR per annum; other advantages are at management's discretion.
