What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python
- Build and consume RESTful APIs
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Work with product, frontend, and data teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Debug production issues and implement long-term fixes
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards What We're Looking For




- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Python in production environments
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP
- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and JSON
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and basic query optimization
- Familiarity with Django ORM or SQLAlchemy
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows Good to Have: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, microservices, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and pytest/unittest. Why Join Turinton?
