Responsibilities:

- Primary Responsibility is to recruit Life insurance agents as per plan
- Activate Life insurance agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity and drive sales through Agents.
- Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents Salary Band: 2.5 LPA to 6LPA (Medical Insurance + incentives based on Performance) Eligible criteria: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
