- Proven experience as a Café Manager / Restaurant Supervisor.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of café operations, barista skills (preferred).
- Basic understanding of accounting, billing, and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment. Education
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
