Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR Manager role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for site-based teams. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, and managing attendance, payroll coordination, and disciplinary procedures. The role will also involve developing training initiatives, supporting career development, handling grievance redressal, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.



The HR Manager will collaborate closely with site management and corporate leadership to align HR practices with business goals and operational requirements. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Experience in labor law compliance, industrial relations, and handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR software, and basic MS Office tools for reporting and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse on-site teams.
- Proven ability to manage HR activities in industrial or mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a remote or industrial location and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Madhya Pradesh will be an advantage.
