Role Description The Owner role at Kyndryl in Noida is a full time, on-site position responsible for leading end-to-end ownership of key business or technology domains. The Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals, manage resources, and monitor performance metrics. Daily responsibilities involve decision-making on priorities, resolving escalations, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and customer commitments. The role also includes mentoring team members, fostering a culture of accountability, and contributing to long-term planning and innovation within the assigned portfolio. Qualifications
