Role Description This is a full-time, in office Civil Engineer role based in Bihar. The Civil Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including site development, infrastructure works, and structural elements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design drawings and calculations, assisting in stormwater and drainage planning, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other engineers, and monitoring work at site for quality and compliance with specifications. The role also involves reviewing technical documents, supporting project estimates and schedules, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and preparing reports and documentation for internal and client use.



Qualifications
- Civil Engineering fundamentals and practical experience, including Civil Engineering Design and exposure to Civil Engineering projects.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team of Civil Engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Skills in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource planning, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and basic hydrology/hydraulics principles for drainage and site development.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software; experience with structural or infrastructure design tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Bihar, conduct field inspections, and communicate clearly with clients and contractors.
- Understanding of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations; prior experience in Indian infrastructure or construction projects is a plus.
