Join Evoluzione as our Senior Merchandiser and shape the future of curated Indian fashion. What You’ll Do ● Lead National Buying Strategy: Drive seasonal buys across locations, curate top Indian designers, and build exclusive partnerships. ● Designer & Brand Management: Scout, evaluate, and negotiate with leading and emerging Indian designers. ● Assortment Planning: Develop a fashion-forward yet commercially viable national assortment plan. ● Inventory & Planning: Manage OTB, monitor sell-through, and optimize stock performance across locations. ● Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance & Operations to create a seamless luxury experience. ● Drive Industry Insight:
Stay ahead of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market developments. Skill & Experience
Requirements:
● 7–12 years in fashion buying, merchandising, or curation (luxury or premium sector). ● Solid understanding of Indian designer fashion and clientele. ● Exceptional negotiation, planning, and analytical skills. ● Experience managing national or multi-location retail merchandising. ● Bachelor’s/Master’s in Fashion Management, Business, or related fields. *Interested candidates please share your updated resume to
