Job Description

- Lead and participate in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to transportation and logistics operations.
- Configure and customize OTM modules to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement transportation planning, shipment management, and routing solutions.
- Configure rate offerings, rate records, accessorial charges, and contract management.
- Manage freight settlement, invoicing, claims, and payment processes.
- Develop and maintain OTM master data including:
- Locations
- Service Providers
- Equipment Groups
- Items
- Rates and Contracts
- Configure Automation Agents, Saved Queries, User Preferences, Screensets, Menus, and Workbenches.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, Go-Live,



Hypercare, and Post-Go-Live support activities.
- Design integration solutions between OTM and enterprise systems such as:
- Oracle ERP Cloud
- Oracle EBS
- SAP ERP
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- EDI partners
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Create user training documents, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across supply chain and logistics functions. Required Skills Functional Skills
