Role Description The Delegate Acquisition Intern is a full-time, remote role focused on identifying and engaging potential delegates for Axeo Global’s events, programs, and consulting initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, the intern researches target industries and organizations, builds and maintains contact lists, and conducts outreach via email, calls, and digital platforms to secure delegate participation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to understand event or project objectives, tailoring messaging to different stakeholder groups, and tracking outreach metrics in CRM or similar tools. The intern will assist in preparing briefing materials, updating databases,



and supporting follow-up communication to ensure a positive delegate experience. This position offers exposure to business development, stakeholder engagement, and international consulting environments. Qualifications
- Robust research and analytical skills to identify relevant delegates, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach, follow-up, and relationship building.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple outreach campaigns and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort with digital tools, including CRM or contact management systems, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and coordinate with global teams.
- Demonstrated interest in business development, consulting, events, or stakeholder engagement; prior internship experience in related areas is a plus.
- Ability to conduct outreach in a professional, inclusive, and culturally sensitive manner across diverse regions and sectors.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
