About the Role
We are looking for a creative and research-oriented Script Writer who can write high-performing video scripts for a health & wellness brand . The ideal candidate should have previous experience writing scripts/content for a health, wellness, healthcare, nutrition, supplement, Ayurveda, fitness, or pharmaceutical brand and understand how to communicate health-related topics in a simple, engaging and consumer-friendly way. You should be able to turn complex health information into attention-grabbing hooks, easy-to-understand explanations, and conversion-focused video scripts without making the content sound overly technical or generic.

Key Responsibilities

- Write scripts for Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, YouTube videos, UGC videos, influencer videos, and product explainers .
- Create strong hooks and opening lines that grab attention within the first few seconds.
- Research health, wellness, nutrition, ingredients and related topics to develop compelling content.
- Convert scientific/technical information into simple, conversational and easy-to-understand language .
- Write scripts following structures such as Hook → Problem → Insight/Mechanism → Solution/Product → CTA .
- Develop multiple creative angles for the same product or health problem.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing and performance teams to develop ad-focused scripts .
- Adapt scripts according to different formats and audiences, including doctor-led, pharmacist-led, UGC, testimonial and educational content .
- Ensure health-related claims are communicated responsibly and are supported by available product information/research.




- Continuously study high-performing health and wellness content, advertisements and social media trends. Must-Have

Requirements:

- Prior experience writing for a health & wellness, healthcare, nutrition, supplement, Ayurveda, fitness or pharmaceutical brand is strongly preferred.
- Candidates who have previously written video scripts for health/wellness brands will be given preference.
- Solid understanding of short-form video content and performance marketing .
- Excellent Hindi/Hinglish/English writing skills.
- Ability to write in a natural, conversational and non-AI-sounding tone .
- Strong research skills and the ability to understand scientific/health-related information.
- Ability to write high-retention hooks and persuasive CTAs .
- Strong sense of storytelling, consumer psychology and content trends.
- Ability to work on multiple scripts and meet deadlines. Preferred

- Health-focused D2C brands Portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should share relevant health/wellness scripts or video content they have previously written , wherever possible. What We're Looking For: We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to write grammatically correct content. We need someone who understands what makes a health video stop the scroll, hold attention, build credibility and ultimately drive action.
