KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Team Handling & Leadership
• Manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team
• Drive team performance and achieve monthly targets
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance ? Target Management
• Set and track individual and team sales targets
• Ensure consistent achievement of monthly revenue goals
• Monitor daily sales activities, conversions, and performance Individual Contribution




• First month will include an individual sales target
• Lead by example and actively participate in sales closures REQUIREMENTS
• 2–3+ years of experience in Sales / Team Handling
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
