8–9 Hours ? Relocation: Can be considered We are looking for a detail-oriented **Formulation Specialist / R&D; Professional*
* with strong hands-on experience in **toothpaste formulation and end-to-end New Product Development (NPD)**. ? **

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and optimize toothpaste formulations, including gel & paste variants, whitening, sensitive and restoration products.
• Handle the complete formulation process from concept, lab trials and pilot trials to scale-up.
• Optimize formulations for efficacy, stability, performance and cost.
• Conduct ingredient compatibility and stability studies.
• Evaluate raw materials based on performance, safety and cost.
• Collaborate with QC, production, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop testing protocols for abrasivity, foaming, antimicrobial properties, etc.
• Troubleshoot formulation and production-related issues. ? **

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s / Ph.
D. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in **Formulation R&D; / New Product Development**.
• Strong expertise in **toothpaste formulation, especially gel & paste**.
• Knowledge of surfactants, flavors, humectants, abrasives and active ingredients.
• Understanding of microbiological/clinical testing, rheology and stability testing.
• Prior **Team Lead / team-handling experience*
* preferred.
• Candidates from **Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG or Oral Care*
* industries can be considered.
• Knowledge of **PHP*
* required.
• Candidates from **ICT, Rajiv Gandhi Institute*
