- Make outbound calls to dealers, retailers and customers.
- Generate sales enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Follow up on quotations, pending enquiries and previous customers.
- Inform customers about products, schemes, pricing and availability.
- Maintain customer and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & Punjabi; basic English.
- Confident, polite and sales-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in hardware, plumbing or construction material sales preferred. Pay: ₹8,800.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
