We are looking for a responsible person to manage our factory team and daily production. Your Responsibilities
- Manage and guide factory workers and daily production.
- Allocate work and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Check attendance,
working hours
and overtime.
- Monitor production quality and reduce rework.
- Coordinate with our senior production person for production planning.
- Check material availability and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Coordinate packing, dispatch and installation work.
- Send a simple daily production report to management.
- Maintain discipline and a positive working workplace. We Prefer Someone Who
- Has experience in modular kitchen/furniture or carpentry work.
- Knows basic furniture production and hardware.
- Can manage a team and get work done.
- Is practical, responsible and honest.
- Can use WhatsApp and basic Excel for reporting.
Working Hours
