CEO Engineering & Industrial Supplies in Mumbai with a Gulf based co Company Introduction We are a Gulf-based engineering & supplies group with operations in oil & gas, EPC, and industrial products. Our Mumbai back office supports finance, operations, and business development across India and the Gulf. Role We are looking for a results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our India and Gulf operations. The role involves full P&L; responsibility, growth strategy, and cross-border coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue and profit targets for India & Gulf markets - Formulate and execute business strategies for expansion - Manage and strengthen Mumbai back office - Build client, vendor, and stakeholder partnerships - Lead and motivate teams across geographies - Report to board/owners on performance and strategy Requirements - Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- 45 years of CEO or equivalent senior leadership experience - Solid track record in engineering, industrial supplies, or EPC sector - Ability to manage cross-border (India & Gulf) operations - Leadership, financial, and communication skills - Gulf/International exposure preferred Offer Best in the industry
