Role Description This is a full-time Software Engineer Intern role based in Kochi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and testing software components and back-end services under the guidance of senior engineers. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews, debugging and resolving issues, and supporting integration and deployment activities. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional team members, document technical work,



and help communicate project status to stakeholders. The role also involves learning and applying Agile methodologies, attending stand-ups, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to design and implement modular, reusable code.
- Familiarity with Agile or similar iterative development frameworks and basic version control (e.g., Git).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly, and learn quickly from feedback.
- Interest in global collaboration and openness to working with distributed, multicultural teams.
