Experience:
3 Months – 1 Year in Recruitment / IT Recruitment Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Compensation: Up to ₹2.4 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1.5 LPA Incentives (Performance-Based) About the Job We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates for various IT requirements. Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and references.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.




- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates with 3–6 months HR internship/working experience can apply.
- Candidates with 6–9 months or 6 months–1 year of recruitment experience can apply.
- Candidates with prior working experience in recruitment can apply.
- Valuable communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and recruitment processes.
- Sourcing experience through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job portals will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and coordination skills. Preferred Candidates
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates based in Jaipur preferred.
- Candidates comfortable working from the office in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.
