About the Role
We are a finance, accounting and compliance firm looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team. The role covers a wide range of accounting, taxation and compliance work across internal and external clients, and will evolve with business needs. Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Maintain books of accounts, bank and ledger reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Accounting: Prepare financial statements, MIS and schedules; manage AP/AR and keep records audit-ready
- Project-based accounting: Track project-wise income, costs and profitability; prepare project reports and budget vs. actual analysis
- Taxation: Prepare tax workings and support direct and indirect tax computation and filings
- Compliances: Track due dates and handle statutory and regulatory compliance work
- Take full ownership of assigned work,

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Perform other finance, accounting or compliance duties assigned by management
- Travel or relocate for assignments when required Requirements
- Qualified CA or semi-qualified CA
- 2-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, taxation and compliance
- Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Solid English communication (mandatory)
- Accountability and responsibility: owns the work, accuracy and timelines
- Willing to work on-site at Rudrapur Good to Have
- Zoho Books and/or Navision experience
