Roles and Responsibilities Granulation operator
- Shall be responsible for granulation equipments and batch manufacturing.
- 2. To manufacture the batch as per given procedure in BMR
- 3. Responsible for operation & cleaning of RMG, FBD, FBE, Multi mill, sifter, paste kettle & blender.
- 4. To take the planning from Executive/officer/chemist.
- 5. Allocate the helper as per their skill & experience.
- 6. To check the all critical process parameter during operation of batch product
- 7. Handling & monitoring of equipment during process.
- 8. To fill the log book which are necessary for granulation area.
- 9. If any type of non compliance/non conformance observed during granulation, intimate to the Executive/officer/chemist.
- 10. Any other work will be assigned to his as per need by top management or designee.
- 11. To participate in scheduled and unscheduled training activities.
