Techno Business Manager
- Skilled Services Delivery Role Summary: The Techno Business Manager reports to a director and leads customer-focused technology engagements by connecting business needs with practical solutions. This role manages people, delivery, senior stakeholders, and business outcomes while supporting growth and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of technology professionals and support their performance, development, and engagement.
- Engage and manage customer and business stakeholders, including CXOs, to understand strategic needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Oversee solution planning, delivery, quality, timelines, risks, and customer expectations.
- Partner with sales, presales, architects, project teams, and technical specialists throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Manage delivery performance, resource utilization, forecasts, and key business metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve services, expand customer value, and support business growth.
- Promote governance,



operational discipline, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
- Typically 12–16 years of experience in technology consulting, solutioning, professional services, or customer delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, customer engagements, or complex technology programs.
- Good understanding of cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, security, automation, or related enterprise technologies.
- Experience managing stakeholders, delivery risks, priorities, and business outcomes. Core
