Requirements:
- Montessori-trained / Montessori-certified candidate preferred
- 2+ years of relevant Montessori teaching experience preferred
- Experience working with young children in a playschool/daycare setting
- Good knowledge of Montessori activities and child-led learning
- Caring, patient, creative and child-friendly personality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage a classroom independently and maintain a protected, positive environment
- Should be passionate about early childhood development
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate Montessori activities
- Encourage children’s independence, creativity and social development
- Maintain a clean, safe and engaging classroom
- Communicate children’s progress and daily activities to parents Experienced Montessori teachers are preferred. Pay: ₹8,000.00
