3+ Years ? Domain: Finance & Accounting ? Work Mode: Work From Office ?
Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog & roadmap
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria & sprint goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers & development teams
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and drive sprint execution
- Plan releases, manage feature requests & track progress
- Understand customer needs and turn them into valuable product features
- Continuously improve Agile processes based on feedback and results ? Requirements and skills
- Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
- 2+ years of Finance & Accounting / Financial Products experience
- CSPO or equivalent certification – Mandatory
- Solid understanding of Agile & Scrum
- Good technical understanding of software development & web technologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration & organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
